Agreement with the operator
These terms are an agreement between you and MIDWEST AUTO & COMMERCE LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. The company operates BodyReply, an early-stage wellness product and private alpha. By accessing or using the website, apps, or alpha, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the alpha. You are responsible for your account, connected devices, and the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. Do not share access credentials or connect an account you are not authorized to use.
Not medical advice
Content on this website is provided for general wellness, informational, and educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use it for emergencies.
Experimental insights
Health devices can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. BodyReply insights may be based on limited information and should not be used to diagnose, treat, dose medication, change therapy, or make urgent health decisions. Verify important information with the original device and a qualified professional.
Experimental service
The website and app may include experimental connections, artificial intelligence, summaries, predictions, and recommendations. Features, integrations, availability, accuracy, and timing may change, be limited, or be interrupted. We may suspend or discontinue alpha access at any time.
Connected services
Third-party devices and services are governed by their own terms, permissions, licensing, and availability. You authorize BodyReply to retrieve the data you approve. You may disconnect a source at any time, but provider-side access may also need to be revoked in that provider’s settings.
Early access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a particular launch date, pricing, production access, or product functionality. Alpha access may be changed or withdrawn while the service is developed.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, submit automated or fraudulent requests, probe its security, reverse engineer restricted components, violate another person’s rights, upload unlawful material, or use its content in a misleading way.
Intellectual property
The BodyReply name, visual identity, site design, copy, and original content are owned by MIDWEST AUTO & COMMERCE LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the alpha for your personal, non-commercial wellness purposes.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodyReply is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIDWEST AUTO & COMMERCE LLC and its members, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the alpha or your reliance on its outputs. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
Missouri law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in the St. Louis, Missouri area, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
